I often get asked about what my preferred items are when creating a Suncatcher.
There are so many goodies that you can use - the list is endless.
There is no right or wrong way to create your Suncatcher.
It's all about the enjoyment of sitting quiet for a while, letting your mind rest and playing with coloured beads and crystals.
I don't think there is a better way of colour therapy than making a Suncatcher.
