Postage /
Shipping Costs
At Sunsetcrystals, we use Fastway Couriers and Australia Post to
deliver your parcels. Shipping and Handling costs are
automatically calculated and displayed at checkout; the cost is
determined by the weight / width of the final order and your
location. Items are either packed in padded bags or small boxes,
protected by bubble wrap for extra protection. Postage / Shipping
costs include postage, packaging and handling.
Australian orders have the following
options:
- Road Courier - Transport by
road Nationwide.
Provides online tracking & your parcel is insured for up to
$1500.
Signature is required on delivery.
We recommend if you are not usually home between 8.30am and
5.00pm that you provide a work address for delivery.
This service is not available for PO Boxes.
Delivery can take approximately 7-14 working days for Eastern
States based residents.
Delivery for Perth metro residents is approximately 2-3 working
days.
Deliveries to Residents in the Australian outback country areas
may take longer than 14 days.

Parcel Satchel
No Tracking.
No Insurance.
Delivery can take approximately 4-10
working days, depending on your location.
- Australia Post Registered Post
Provides proof of posting and proof of delivery.
Insured at a minimum of $100.
Delivery
can take approximately 4-10 working days, depending on your
location.
- Australia Post - Express
Post
Tracking available either online or by phoning Australia Post

Parcel is NOT
Insured, nor is a signature required on
delivery.
Delivery can take approximately 2-3
working days, depending on your location.
- Australia Post -Platinum
Express Post
Tracking
available either online or by phoning Australia Post (Phone:

Service includes Proof of Posting,
Signature on Delivery & Insurance.
Delivery can take approximately 1-3
working days, depending on your location.
The preferred shipping methods are Road
Courier or Registered Post (via Australia Post).
**To ensure safe delivery of your parcel, customers who live in
Units are particularly encouraged to choose either of these two
options.**
If you are requiring urgent delivery of your parcel, you will
need to choose either Australia Post Express or Platinum Express
Post.
Please note that shipping may be delayed during the Christmas
Season, Easter & Public Holidays.

History.
International
orders have the following
options:
- Australia Post Airmail - No Tracking &
No Insurance
- Registered Post Airmail -
Provides access to a signature on delivery.
- Express
Post International - Basic tracking is available. In countries
where is service is available, a signature on delivery will also
be obtained with this service.

appropriate shipping option is not displaying at checkout, please

Important
Sunsetcrystals
accepts no
liability for parcels
that are lost or damaged in transit,
unless you have requested and paid for Insured/Registered Post or
Road Courier.
