I’m the owner of Sunset Crystals, an independent online jewellery-making and craft supply store based in Scarborough, Western Australia.
For more than 20 years, I’ve helped jewellery makers, suncatcher creators and craftspeople find dependable tools, beautiful components and those unusual pieces that make a project feel truly personal.

How Sunset Crystals began
The business began when I needed somewhere to sell my own handmade creations. In 2003, I became one of Australia’s early online suppliers of suncatcher components through eBay.
By building relationships with trusted suppliers and listening closely to customers, the range gradually grew. What started with crystals, beads and findings expanded to include jewellery tools, metal stamping supplies, wire, adhesives, kits and a broad collection of suncatcher supplies.
That growth has always been guided by the same idea: make it easier for creative people to find quality supplies, practical tools and inspiration in one welcoming Australian store.
The goal has never been to become the biggest store. It has been to build a trusted one—where customers feel looked after and every order matters.
