At Sunsetcrystals, we use Australia Post to deliver your parcels. Shipping and Handling costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout; the cost is determined by the weight / width of the final order and your location. Items are either packed in padded bags or small boxes, protected by bubble wrap for extra protection. Postage / Shipping costs include postage, packaging and handling.

All parcels (except for Letters - please see below) are sent via Australia Post E-Parcel which may require a signature on delivery.

If you are not at home to sign for your parcel, a card will be left by Australia Post with instructions on how to collect your package. This card/notification generally means that your parcel is waiting for you at a local post office. You may need to present this card to the post office upon pick up along with photo identification. 

You are more than welcome to add a comment to your order to "Safe Drop" your parcel in a safe place.  Please note that this choice of delivery is at your own risk.  Australia Post and Sunsetcrystals will not accept liability for any parcels that go missing.

Important:  Please try & arrange pick up as soon as possible as some post offices will only keep your parcel for a short period of time before returning it to Sunsetcrystals. If this occurs, unfortunately you will be required to pay the postage again.


Australia Residents have the following options:

  • Priority Letter
    No Tracking and no Insurance. Sunsetcrystals accepts no liability for Letters that are lost or damaged in transit.  If you require reassurance that your goods will be delivered safely, please choose the next option being Australia post e-Parcel and enter "Signature Required" in the order comments. 
    Large Letter is not recommended for delivery to Units / Apartment blocks.
  • Australia Post e-Parcel
    Online Tracking.
    Signature can be requested on delivery.
  • Australia Post - Express
    Online Tracking.
    Signature required on delivery.
    Please refer to the Australia Post National Network for further details on delivery areas & timeframes for Express Post.


International orders have the following options:

  • Australia Post Airmail
  • Australia Post Airmail Pack and Track - Tracked Service to select countries for parcels up to 2kg. No transit cover.  Online tracking available for certain destinations.


To locate your tracking number, please log in to Sunsetcrystals and view your Order History (please note - items sent via Large Letter do not have a tracking number and are sent via ordinary mail

  • Orders are shipped upon payment within 24-48 hours Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
  • The delivery timeframe is an estimation only on behalf of Australia Post. It is calculated on "business days" being Monday to Friday and does not include weekends & Public Holidays.
  • Please note that shipping may be delayed during the Christmas Season, Easter & Public Holidays.
